Teamsters Unionizes 55 DHL Express Subcontractor Drivers in Dallas

The Teamsters said 55 drivers at two DHL Express parcel delivery subcontractors in the Dallas metropolitan area voted unanimously to join Local 745, extending the union's organizing push into the carrier's outsourced workforce. The new members work at DeliverOL and Driven-Force Inc., which operate from the same facility outside Dallas. The Teamsters alleged both companies committed unfair labor practices to block unionization, though National Labor Relations Board case files show no formal complaints. DeliverOL declined to comment; Driven-Force could not be reached. The organizing follows a four-year contract DHL Express and the Teamsters finalized in spring 2026 covering package drivers and warehouse workers, which the union said included a 20% wage increase and higher health and welfare contributions. The Teamsters will now negotiate first contracts for workers at both vendors.
