Jabil Inc. (JBL) Q3 Net Income Jumps 95% on Adjusted EPS Rise
Jabil Inc. (JBL) reported a substantial increase in net income for its third quarter, which ended May 31, 2026. The electronics manufacturer's net income climbed to $201 million, or $1.52 per share, a significant rise from $103 million, or $0.78 per share, in the same period last year. Adjusted earnings per share also saw a notable increase. The company's adjusted earnings per share reached $1.72, up from $1.06 a year ago, surpassing analyst estimates of $1.65. Despite the profit surge, revenue for the quarter decreased 12.3% to $6.77 billion, down from $7.72 billion in the prior year's third quarter. Jabil reaffirmed its full-year 2026 adjusted EPS outlook at $8.55 on revenue of $28.5 billion. For the fourth quarter of 2026, the company projects adjusted EPS between $2.03 and $2.43, with revenue expected to range from $6.7 billion to $7.3 billion.
