J&J's TECVAYLI-DARZALEX Combo Shows Long-Term Survival Potential

Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) on September 23, 2026 reported new model-based analyses from its Phase 3 MajesTEC-3 study indicating that the combination of TECVAYLI (teclistamab-cqyv) plus DARZALEX FASPRO (daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj) may improve long-term survival outcomes for patients. The company said the analyses support the potential of the regimen in treating multiple myeloma.
