KIDZ AI (KIDZ), a microcap EdTech company pivoting to AI infrastructure, submitted a non-binding procurement inquiry to Tesla (TSLA) for 500 Robotaxis, sending shares down more than 4% toward fresh lows on Sept. 30, 2026. The company said it may abandon the plan if economics do not make sense. The announcement comes as the company reported Q2 2026 service revenue fell 34% year-over-year to $480,000, though gross margin held at 44% and net loss narrowed 35% to $2.5 million. Cash more than tripled to approximately $8.88 million as of June 30, while convertible notes payable dropped 92% to $670,000. KIDZ shares have plunged 99.82% year-to-date and 99.97% over the past 52 weeks, hitting an all-time low of $2.23 on Oct. 1. The company, formerly Classover Holdings, carried out two reverse stock splits in 2026 to meet Nasdaq's $1.00 minimum bid requirement. Its market capitalization stands at $2.1 million.
