Lennox (LII) Acquires Heat Controller, Expands HVAC Portfolio

Lennox International (LII) announced June 18, 2026, its agreement to acquire privately held Heat Controller Inc., an HVAC manufacturer. The transaction, expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, aims to broaden Lennox's product offerings and strengthen its North American distribution network. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Heat Controller, known for its Comfort-Aire and Century brands, specializes in residential and light commercial HVAC products.
