Lattice Semiconductor reported first-quarter results that exceeded management expectations, supported by stronger demand for low-power FPGAs in AI servers, data center networking and industrial automation, according to a May 14, 2026, earnings-call summary. Management said momentum in compute and communications drove the quarter and supported a stronger second-quarter outlook. CEO Ford Tamer said the company’s “first quarter performance exceeded expectations” and that the outlook reflects continued business momentum. Analysts are focused on the pending AMI acquisition, FPGA attach rates in AI server and industrial applications, operating leverage and supply-chain constraints. Lattice shares recently traded at $125.90, little changed from $125.57 before the earnings update.
