ARK Invest Buys $34.3M of Meta, Trims CrowdStrike and Bitcoin ETF

ARK Invest bought 51,477 Meta Platforms shares for about $34.3 million on Sept. 21, 2026, the firm's largest single addition that day, per its daily trading disclosure. The purchase spanned the ARKK, ARKW and ARKF funds, reflecting continued bullishness on Meta's advertising, AI agent and social ecosystem capital spending. ARK also added to precision-medicine names: Beam Therapeutics (102,565 shares, $2.56 million), Ionis Pharmaceuticals (100,241 shares, $4.45 million), Veracyte (74,878 shares, $2.98 million) and Scribe Therapeutics (61,858 shares, $2.04 million). ARKW bought 29,587 Airbnb shares, about $4.92 million. On the sell side, ARKW and ARKF sold 28,403 CrowdStrike shares, roughly $6.75 million. ARKW sold 59,265 Everpure shares ($6.17 million); ARKG cut 10x Genomics (32,284 shares, $2.47 million) and Twist Bioscience (12,536 shares, $2.09 million). ARK trimmed its 21Shares Bitcoin ETF position by 29,705 shares, about $199,000.
