Mosaic EVP of Operations Karen Swager to Retire in Q2 2027

The Mosaic Company (MOS) announced on Sept. 23, 2026, that Karen Swager, Executive Vice President of Operations, will retire in the second quarter of 2027. Walt Precourt, currently Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, was named as her successor. Swager's departure marks a leadership transition at the phosphate and potash crop nutrients producer. The company did not disclose further details on the timing of the handover or Precourt's expanded responsibilities. Mosaic is a Tampa, Florida-based fertilizer producer with operations spanning North and South America.
