Neurocrine Reappoints Eiry Roberts as CMO; Sanjay Keswani Departs by Mutual Agreement

Neurocrine Biosciences Inc. (NBIX) said Eiry W. Roberts will return as chief medical officer, effective immediately, replacing Sanjay Keswani, who leaves by mutual agreement. Roberts previously served as CMO from 2018 to 2025, leading INGREZZA indication-expansion efforts and the crinecerfont program that produced FDA-approved CRENESSITY. Before joining Neurocrine, she spent 26 years at Eli Lilly in senior R&D roles. The company reported second-quarter 2026 adjusted net income of $297 million, or $2.85 per share, up from $166 million, or $1.65 per share, a year earlier. Revenue rose 39% to $959 million. Neurocrine guides full-year 2026 INGREZZA net product sales of $2,825 million to $2,875 million, with cash and marketable securities of $482 million as of June 30, 2026. NBIX closed at $140.44 on Monday, up 1.47%, and rose 0.90% after hours to $141.71.
