Alvys Acquires Optym's LoadOps Customer Base, Optym Retains LoadAi Platform

Alvys is acquiring the LoadOps customer base from Optym under a strategic partnership announced Wednesday (2026-09-23), making Alvys the transportation management system for carriers and brokers that ran LoadOps. Financial terms were not disclosed. Optym will retain LoadAi, its load planning and driver assignment platform, and concentrate resources there. The two companies are migrating LoadOps accounts to the Alvys TMS individually, with early operations transitioning within days of first contact. Founded in 2020, Alvys says its platform moves roughly $9 billion in freight annually with 60,000 carrier drivers. It has raised $77 million in total funding, including a $40 million Series B led by RTP Global in September 2025. Alvys launched Foundry, an agent-building tool, on Aug. 11. The companies said a shared offering for the combined install base will be announced later.
