Apogee Minerals Appoints Brady Rak CEO, Tim Fernback Stays as CFO

Apogee Minerals Ltd. (APMI.V) named Brady Rak as chief executive officer and director, effective September 21, 2026, the company said Monday. Rak succeeds interim CEO Tim Fernback, who will continue in his role as chief financial officer. The Vancouver-based mineral exploration company did not disclose additional terms of the appointment or further management changes.
