Argentum AI signs $2.5 billion European data center deal with Boosteroid, DL Invest
Argentum AI signed a roughly $2.5 billion agreement with cloud gaming company Boosteroid and real estate firm DL Invest Group for a 300-megawatt data center in Europe, the AI infrastructure provider told Reuters on May 15, 2026. Argentum said it will deploy GPU infrastructure at the site, including tens of thousands of next-generation chips and potentially Nvidia Blackwell systems. The companies are expected to formally announce the deal later on May 15, 2026. The project would rank among Europe’s largest independent AI infrastructure deployments as technology companies compete for computing capacity. Argentum said it is working with U.S. financial institutions and global investment banks to arrange large-scale financing for hyperscale AI infrastructure projects.
