Capgemini Sets Mid-Term Revenue, Margin Targets, Bets on AI Consulting Growth

Capgemini SE announced new medium-term financial targets on May 27, 2026, projecting average annual revenue growth of 5.5% to 7.5% for the 2025-2028 period as the French IT services group aims to capitalize on rising corporate demand for artificial intelligence consulting. The company said it expects cumulative organic free cash flow exceeding €6 billion during the 2026-2028 period. It also targets an operating margin before acquisition costs of 12.1% to 12.3% of revenue by 2028. The targets reflect Capgemini’s push to advise clients on integrating AI across industries, a strategy that the group believes will drive sustained growth. The Paris-based firm competes with global IT consultancies in a market increasingly shaped by AI adoption.
