Humanoid targets U.S. IPO by 2030 as robot orders grow
British technology company Humanoid is considering an initial public offering in the United States in 2029 or 2030 as it increases robot production and works through industrial demand, CEO Artem Sokolov told Reuters on May 13, 2026. Sokolov said the company has about 34,000 robot pre-orders, with deliveries planned over the next three years. He said the orders represent roughly $2.4 billion in future annual recurring revenue. Humanoid, founded in 2024 by Sokolov, has no external investors, he said. Sokolov said he has invested about $100 million in the business. He did not provide a target valuation or specify the conditions required for a public listing.
