Innovent's Altruist Biologics Suzhou Plant Passes EMA GMP Inspection

Altruist Biologics, the contract development and manufacturing arm wholly owned by Innovent Biologics (1801.HK, IVBXF), said its commercial manufacturing facility in Suzhou has cleared a Good Manufacturing Practice inspection by the European Medicines Agency. The clearance allows the site to supply commercial drug product to the European market, expanding the CDMO's regulated-market manufacturing footprint. Financial terms and the inspection date were not disclosed. Innovent Biologics is a Hong Kong-listed Chinese biopharmaceutical company. EMA GMP certification is a prerequisite for supplying medicines to the European Union.
