Mutares (MUX) Unit F.lli Ferrari to Sell Netherlands Distribution Arm to HMF Group

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA (MUX) announced on May 30, 2026, that its subsidiary F.lli Ferrari will sell a portion of its Netherlands distribution business to HMF Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. The divestment is aimed at streamlining the portfolio company’s operations to focus on core industrial services, Mutares said. The transaction aligns with the Munich-based holding company’s strategy of actively acquiring and reselling companies to unlock value. HMF Group, a private investment firm, plans to integrate the distribution unit into its logistics and industrial portfolio. The deal is expected to close later in 2026, pending regulatory clearances.
