Marks & Spencer Partners With Sephora to Open 100 In-Store Beauty Concessions

Marks & Spencer announced a partnership with Sephora on September 29, 2026, to open Sephora concessions in 100 M&S stores and online, targeting younger shoppers. The rollout is scheduled to launch in spring 2027, though M&S did not disclose specific locations or product selections. The deal supports CEO Stuart Machin's push to attract a new generation of customers. M&S food sales rose 7% in the last financial year, but its non-food division — fashion, homeware and beauty — is still recovering from last year's cyber attack. Sephora, owned by France's LVMH, returned to the UK in 2022 after a nearly 18-year absence. The chain drew three-hour queues at its first UK store in 2023 at Westfield London. The partnership marks a significant expansion of Sephora's UK footprint and a strategic win for M&S's beauty offer.
