Innovent's IBI3003 Shows 84.6% Response Rate in Relapsed Multiple Myeloma; Shares Slip 0.36%
Innovent Biologics Inc. (1801.HK) reported updated Phase 1 data for IBI3003, a trispecific antibody targeting GPRC5D, BCMA and CD3, in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma, presented at the 23rd International Myeloma Society Annual Meeting. The recommended Phase 2 dose was set at 360 µg/kg. Among 26 patients treated at that dose, the overall response rate was 84.6%, including 11 stringent complete responses and four very good partial responses. Median follow-up was 7.57 months. ORR reached 94.7% in patients with two to four prior lines of therapy and 92.3% in those without extramedullary disease. Cytokine release syndrome occurred in 52% of patients and ICANS in 3.9%; Grade 3 or higher infections were reported in 26.5%. The 102-patient study enrolled participants in China and Australia as of a June 30, 2026 data cutoff. 1801.HK fell 0.36% to HK$95.80.
