Kyowa Kirin, Knight Therapeutics Sign POTELIGEO Distribution Deal for Latin America

Kyowa Kirin (4151.T) said on September 29, 2026, it entered an exclusive distribution agreement with Knight Therapeutics (GUD.TO) for POTELIGEO (mogamulizumab) in select Latin American markets. Under the deal, Knight will pursue regulatory approvals and commercialize the therapy for mycosis fungoides and Sézary syndrome, two subtypes of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico. The agreement marks POTELIGEO's first introduction in Latin America. Mogamulizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CCR4, a protein expressed on cancerous cells in MF and SS. Knight shares closed September 28, 2026, at $10.27, down 0.19%. Kyowa Kirin shares closed September 29, 2026, at JPY 2,266, up 0.89%.
