EliseAI Raises $350M at $4B Valuation, Doubling Its Series E Worth

EliseAI, an artificial intelligence startup automating administrative work for housing and healthcare companies, said Tuesday it raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation, double its worth from its Series E round in August 2025. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Ventures. The New York-based company, founded in 2017, said its software is deployed in one in six U.S. apartments and surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue this summer. It also automates patient paperwork for specialty physician groups, covering inbound calls, referrals, scheduling, insurance verification and follow-up. Earlier in September 2026, EliseAI launched an AI "teammate" called Apollo, built natively into its platform for leasing, maintenance and renewals. Co-founder and CEO Minna Song said the tool can act across every role on a property team. The company targets housing and healthcare, which it calls among the largest expenses for American households.
