Hyloris Partner AFT Signs Exclusive Japan Licensing Deal for Maxigesic IV

Hyloris Pharmaceuticals SA (HYL.BR) said on Sept. 28, 2026, that its partner AFT Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (AFT.NZ) signed an exclusive agreement with Mikasa Seiyaku Co. Ltd. to commercialize Maxigesic IV in Japan. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Maxigesic IV is an intravenous formulation combining paracetamol and ibuprofen. The agreement grants Mikasa Seiyaku exclusive commercialization rights in the Japanese market.
