P.F. Chang's Renews ArrowStream Partnership for Inventory and Purchasing Tools

P.F. Chang's renewed its supply chain software partnership with ArrowStream, extending a collaboration that began in 2019, the companies announced on Sept. 17, 2026. The restaurant chain will continue using ArrowStream's contract management, inventory management and price audit platforms. The contract management tool centralizes purchasing agreements and maintains spending discipline across P.F. Chang's distribution network. The inventory platform provides real-time visibility into product availability and distributor stock levels to reduce stockouts, while the price audit tool automates price verification and invoice reconciliation to recover overcharges and control costs. "Having total transparency into our contracts, pricing audits, and inventory pipeline allows our team to make proactive, data-backed decisions that safeguard our margins," said Taylor Frendahl, senior director of supply chain at P.F. Chang's. Other restaurant operators, including Panda Express and Starbucks, are also adopting technology to manage supply and inventory amid rising food costs.
