Quilter (QLT.L) Appoints Goldman Sachs for Second £30M Share Buyback Tranche

Quilter plc (QLT.L) has appointed Goldman Sachs International to manage the second tranche of its share buyback program, effective June 22, 2026. This tranche is valued at up to £30 million, forming part of a larger £100 million program aimed at returning capital to shareholders. Goldman Sachs will execute the purchases of Quilter's ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. This follows the first £30 million tranche of the program, which was managed by Citigroup Global Markets Limited.
