The $300 million Series A, led by Lightspeed, follows a $35 million seed round led by Sequoia in October 2025. Founded by Anna Goldie (CEO) and Azalia Mirhoseini (CTO), Ricursive focuses on automating the chip design process using AI, targeting semiconductor manufacturers including Nvidia, AMD, and Intel. Their platform aims to reduce design timelines from years to hours by learning across multiple chip architectures, potentially improving performance by up to 10x while lowering total cost of ownership.
