Tekever Raises $580 Million Series D at $6.4 Billion Valuation
Tekever announced the first close of a $580 million Series D on September 23, 2026, valuing the Portuguese-British AI drone maker at $6.4 billion. UC Investments and Baillie Gifford led the round, marking UC Investments' first direct investment in Europe. Merlyn Advisors joined as a new investor alongside existing shareholders Crescent Cove, Ventura Capital, and Iberis Capital. Tekever will use the funds to expand globally, strengthen industrial and technological capacity, and pursue acquisitions, with additional closings expected in coming months. The raise follows the U.K. Ministry of Defence's selection of Tekever to deliver CORVUS, the British Army's new surveillance capability, in a program worth up to £400 million over ten years. Tekever's AR5-based drones have logged over 50,000 flight hours in Ukrainian operations since 2022.
