President Donald Trump's investment accounts executed 1,156 securities trades in July, including sales of up to $25 million each in Microsoft (MSFT) and Amazon (AMZN) stock, according to a financial disclosure reviewed by CNBC. Estimated total transaction value ranged from roughly $79 million to $270 million, with purchases of at least $43.6 million and sales of at least $35.6 million. The largest trades occurred July 20, when the accounts sold $5 million to $25 million each of Microsoft and Amazon. Three days later, the same accounts bought $100,001 to $250,000 of Microsoft and $1,001 to $15,000 of Amazon. On the same filing date, the accounts sold $1 million to $5 million of Oracle (ORCL) and bought $500,001 to $1 million of Nvidia (NVDA). The filings only disclose broad value ranges, leaving exact holdings and trade sizes unknown. White House spokesman Davis Ingle said the portfolio is independently managed by third-party institutions through discretionary accounts.
