IT distributors rise after Q1 beats; Insight Enterprises (NSIT) lags peers on revenue growth
IT distribution and solutions stocks posted stronger-than-expected first-quarter results, with seven tracked companies beating consensus revenue estimates by an average 6.4%, according to data published May 14, 2026. Shares in the group rose an average 8.4% following results, despite next-quarter revenue guidance coming in 0.6% below analyst expectations. Insight Enterprises (NSIT) reported revenue of $2.13 billion, up 1.2% year over year and 1.9% above estimates, but had the weakest revenue growth and smallest sales beat among the group. Its shares rose 27.9% after the report to $88.26. TD SYNNEX (SNX) led the group with revenue of $17.16 billion, up 18.1% and 9.5% above estimates; its shares rose 48.6% to $237.96. ScanSource (SCSC) revenue rose 8.8% to $766.8 million, while CDW (CDW) revenue rose 9.2% to $5.68 billion. Ingram Micro (INGM) posted revenue of $13.96 billion, up 13.7%, and issued above-consensus next-quarter guidance.
