New Era Energy Unit TCDC Signs 20-Year, 200 MW Power Deal With Vistra Affiliate Luminant

New Era Energy & Digital Inc. (NUAI) said Monday its subsidiary TCDC PowerCo signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with Luminant ET Services, an affiliate of Vistra Corp. (VST), covering Phase 1 of its power project. The agreement commits Luminant to supply a minimum of 200 megawatts and up to 207 MW, providing long-term baseload capacity for New Era's digital infrastructure operations. Financial terms were not disclosed. The 20-year tenor locks in power supply through 2046 and marks a long-duration offtake arrangement between an energy infrastructure developer and a major Texas power producer. NUAI shares traded on the announcement; no deal value was provided.
