NVCT Inks Licensing Deal, RGNX Plans BLA Resubmission, TNON Files S-1

Nuvation Bio (NVCT) entered an exclusive worldwide license agreement with China Medical System Holdings (CMS) on June 23, 2026, for its oncology candidate. The deal includes a $20 million upfront payment, with potential development milestones up to $150 million and sales milestones reaching $570 million, plus tiered royalties up to mid-teens. Separately, Regenxbio (RGNX) announced plans to resubmit its Biologics License Application (BLA) for AB-1004 to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) by the end of Q3 2026. Additionally, TNON filed an S-1 registration statement for a proposed public offering.
