Nyxoah Appoints Liam Kelly CEO Effective October 2026; NYXH Falls 4.4% Pre-Market

Nyxoah SA (NYXH) named Liam Kelly chief executive officer effective October 1, 2026, succeeding Olivier Taelman at the obstructive sleep apnea device maker. Shares fell 4.40% to $1.52 in pre-market trading on September 29, 2026, after closing September 28 at $1.59, up 9.66%. Kelly, 25-year medical technology veteran, served as chairman, president and CEO of Teleflex Inc. until January 2026, leading it as president and CEO from January 2018 and as board chairman from May 2020. Nyxoah's lead product is the Genio system, a battery-free hypoglossal neurostimulation therapy for OSA. Chairman Robert Taub said the company is entering a new chapter with the United States at the center of its growth strategy. NYXH has traded between $1.26 and $6.87 over the past year.
