Asian Shares Mixed, Oil Falls Below $100 After Trump Says US-Iran Met at UN
Asian shares were mixed Wednesday and oil fell after President Donald Trump said US and Iranian officials held a "very good" meeting at the United Nations. South Korea's Kospi rose 0.5% to 7,052.75, while Hong Kong's Hang Seng fell 0.8% to 24,896.04 and the Shanghai Composite lost 0.4% to 3,938.08. Japan's Nikkei 225 was closed for a holiday.
