Oncolytics Biotech Eyes Year-End 2026 Interim Data From REO 033 Colorectal Cancer Trial; ONCY Trades at $0.68
Oncolytics Biotech Inc. (ONCY) said nearly all planned clinical sites for Part A of its randomized REO 033 study have been activated, with multiple patients enrolled, and expects sufficient data for an interim clinical update by year-end 2026. REO 033 is evaluating pelareorep plus FOLFIRI and bevacizumab versus FOLFIRI and bevacizumab alone in second-line RAS-mutant, microsatellite-stable metastatic colorectal cancer. Part A is expected to enroll approximately 60 patients, with objective response rate as the primary endpoint and progression-free survival, overall survival, safety and biomarker analyses as secondary endpoints. The design follows the non-randomized REO 022 study, where the pelareorep combination showed a 33% ORR versus historical second-line benchmarks of roughly 6%-11%. Oncolytics has aligned with the FDA on a potential pivotal Part B expansion that could support accelerated approval based on ORR, with PFS as the basis for full approval. ONCY traded at $0.68, down 0.18%, within a 52-week range of $0.64 to $1.51.
