Orion Group Holdings shares have risen 50.5% over the six months ended May 14, 2026, reaching $15.16, but StockStory said investors should consider selling ORN after the rally, citing weak long-term growth, declining earnings and limited cash generation. The research firm said Orion’s revenue grew at a 4.8% annualized rate over the past five years, below its threshold for the industrials sector. Earnings per share fell 7.6% annually over the same period, indicating profitability weakened despite higher sales. StockStory also said Orion roughly broke even on free cash flow over five years, limiting capital return options. After the recent share-price gain, the stock trades at about 31 times forward earnings, a valuation the firm said leaves limited upside compared with other opportunities.
