Palisade Bio Wins FDA Clearance for PALI-2108 IND in Crohn's Disease

Palisade Bio, Inc. (Nasdaq: PALI) said the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has cleared its Investigational New Drug application for PALI-2108 in moderate to severe Crohn's disease, allowing the clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company to proceed with human testing. PALI-2108 is a prodrug candidate targeting inflammatory and fibrotic diseases. The FDA clearance permits Palisade Bio to initiate clinical development in the Crohn's disease indication.
