Carlsberg Britvic to Launch Mountain Dew Pitch Black in U.K. via Booker in October

Carlsberg Britvic will launch Mountain Dew Pitch Black, a citrus grape-flavored drink, exclusively through wholesaler Booker in October 2026, followed by a national U.K. rollout in November 2026. The product will be sold in 500ml price-marked packs, cases of 12. The brand reported U.K. sales growth of more than 11.5% year-over-year. Brand director David Laidler said the new flavor aims to build on that momentum. Independent retailers can order point-of-sale materials through Carlsberg Britvic's At Your Convenience platform, including posters, window vinyl and digital assets for Facebook and Instagram. The launch targets the growing flavored carbonates segment in the U.K. convenience channel.
