Progress Software Q3 GAAP EPS Rises to $0.55 as Revenue Slips 1.5%

Progress Software Corp. (PRGS) reported third-quarter GAAP earnings of $22.776 million, or $0.55 per share, up from $19.413 million, or $0.44 per share, a year earlier, the company said on September 30, 2026. Adjusted earnings came in at $70.204 million, or $1.69 per share. Revenue for the quarter declined 1.5% to $246.005 million from $249.795 million the prior year. The company guided full-year EPS to a range of $6.15 to $6.23, with full-year revenue projected between $1.044 billion and $1.052 billion.
