Qualcomm Names 21 Taiwan Supply Chain Partners, Including Nanya Technology and PieceMakers

Qualcomm (QCOM-US) disclosed a list of 21 Taiwan-based supply chain partners at the COMPUTEX forum on June 1, 2026, with CEO Cristiano Amon thanking TSMC (2330-TW, TSM-US) as an "incredible partner." The roster includes memory maker Nanya Technology (2408-TW) and its affiliate PieceMakers, confirming earlier reports of a collaboration on custom memory for mobile devices. Nanya Technology said it has started small-volume production and sales of the custom memory, and expects a significant revenue contribution by the first half of 2027. The broader Qualcomm supplier list features chip packaging firm ASE Technology (3711-TW), foundry operators UMC (2303-TW) and Vanguard (5347-TW), as well as Hon Hai (2317-TW) units FII and Foxconn.
