QuidelOrtho (QDEL) Names Micah Young CFO, Joseph Busky Retires

QuidelOrtho (QDEL) announced Monday it has appointed Micah Young as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Young will succeed Joseph Busky, who will retire on June 30, 2026, after serving as CFO since 2018. Young most recently served as CFO at ResMed for five years. His previous experience includes 13 years at Becton Dickinson, where he held various leadership roles, including CFO of its Interventional Segment and Corporate Treasurer. Busky will remain with the company in an advisory capacity until his retirement date to ensure a smooth transition.
