Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) Names Laura Cockrill New CFO as Axel André Departs

Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) announced that Chief Financial Officer Axel André will step down, effective July 1, 2026. Laura Cockrill, currently Senior Vice President and Head of Global Financial Planning and Analysis, will succeed him as CFO on the same date. André is leaving to pursue another opportunity. André has served as CFO for the global life and health reinsurer since September 2020. Cockrill, who joined RGA in 2005, has held various leadership roles within the company's finance department, including significant experience in financial reporting and analysis.
