Rocket One (RKTO) to Acquire Tracer Drone Technologies in Membership Interest Deal

Rocket One, Inc. (RKTO) announced on September 22, 2026, that it has entered into a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement to acquire all issued and outstanding membership interests of Tracer Drone Technologies, LLC, a New Jersey-based drone company. Rocket One, an AI-based semiconductor infrastructure company, will absorb Tracer Drone Technologies under the agreement. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition marks Rocket One's expansion beyond semiconductor infrastructure into drone technology. The deal remains subject to closing conditions.
