ResMed Completes Noctrix Health Acquisition, Expanding Sleep Disorder Treatments

ResMed (NYSE: RMD) said on June 2, 2026, it completed the acquisition of Noctrix Health, a developer of wearable therapeutics for sleep-related movement disorders, broadening its sleep health portfolio. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal adds Noctrix’s lead device, the Relaxis system, which treats conditions such as periodic limb movement disorder and restless legs syndrome. This complements ResMed’s established lineup of sleep apnea and respiratory care solutions. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to ResMed’s growth, the company said, as it seeks to capture a larger share of the global sleep health market.
