Rank One Computing Wins $64.3 Million DOJ Digital Evidence Contract; Shares Rise 5.4%
Rank One Computing Corp. (Nasdaq: ROC) announced Monday it was awarded an eight-year, $64.3 million contract by the U.S. Department of Justice to support the agency's Digital Evidence Review Platform program. Shares rose 5.43% to $4.27 in pre-market trading. The contract comprises a committed one-year base period valued at approximately $7 million, plus seven one-year option periods exercisable at the DOJ's discretion and subject to appropriations. ROC Evidence will develop and support a platform for ingesting, reviewing, analyzing and producing digital evidence for federal prosecutions, including e-discovery content such as cellphone and social media data. The company said the award builds on a recent federal ABIS contract and reinforces the strategic value of its ZTC acquisition, which expanded its digital forensics and federal capabilities.
