RPM International to Acquire Italy's Volteco for Tremco Construction Products Group

RPM International Inc. (RPM) said Wednesday it agreed to acquire Volteco S.p.A., an Italy-based supplier of below-grade waterproofing solutions, for its Tremco Construction Products Group. The deal, announced September 23, 2026, expands RPM's specialty coatings and building materials portfolio in Europe. The acquisition targets Volteco's waterproofing segment, which serves below-grade construction applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. RPM manufactures specialty coatings, sealants and building materials. The company will fold Volteco into its Tremco Construction Products Group, its building products division.
