Rayonier Advanced Materials (RYAM) Appoints Daniel Krawczyk as CEO

Rayonier Advanced Materials (NYSE: RYAM) announced the appointment of Daniel Krawczyk as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 22, 2026. Krawczyk succeeds Vito J. Consiglio, who has resigned from the role. Krawczyk joined RYAM in 2022 and previously served as President of the company's High Purity Cellulose business. He brings over 25 years of experience in the chemical and material industries. His prior experience includes leadership positions at Celanese Corporation and Eastman Chemical Company. The board expressed confidence in Krawczyk's leadership to drive the company's strategic direction.
