Sally Beauty Holdings shares fell 9.3% in morning trading on May 14, 2026, after the retailer issued a weaker-than-expected revenue forecast, offsetting quarterly sales that met estimates and profit that topped expectations. The company reported quarterly revenue of $903.4 million, up 2.3% from a year earlier and in line with analyst estimates. Earnings of 44 cents per share beat forecasts by 7.3%. Investors focused on Sally Beauty’s next-quarter revenue outlook of $937 million, which was 1.2% below Wall Street consensus, raising concerns about near-term growth. The stock was down 14% year to date at $12.46 and traded 26.7% below its 52-week high of $17 reached in February 2026.
