Sonida Senior Living Names Anton Nikodemus Chief Operating Officer

Sonida Senior Living appointed Anton Nikodemus as chief operating officer, effective June 1, 2026, the company said Monday. The move comes as the senior housing operator seeks to strengthen its operational leadership. Nikodemus brings more than 20 years of experience in senior living and healthcare operations. He most recently served in a senior leadership role at another major senior housing provider, where he oversaw portfolio-wide operational initiatives. Sonida, which operates over 70 communities across the United States, expects Nikodemus to drive occupancy growth and margin improvement. The shares were little changed in midday trading.
