SOPHiA GENETICS (SOPH) prices $50 million public offering at $4.75 per share

SOPHiA GENETICS (SOPH) announced on June 17, 2026, the pricing of its public offering of 10,526,316 common shares at $4.75 per share. The offering is expected to generate $50 million in gross proceeds and is slated to close on June 20, 2026. Underwriters, including Goldman Sachs & Co.
