Superior Energy Services to Acquire Denmark's Welltec International

Superior Energy Services (SPN) announced a definitive agreement on September 22, 2026, to acquire Welltec International ApS, a Denmark-based provider of robotic well intervention and completion technologies. The oilfield services company said the deal would expand its intervention and completion capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed. Welltec's robotic systems are used in well intervention and completion operations across the oil and gas industry.
