Surf Air Mobility Names Jason Secore CFO Effective September 30; Shares Fall After Hours

Surf Air Mobility Inc. (SRFM) appointed Jason Secore as chief financial officer, effective September 30, 2026, succeeding Oliver Reeves, who stepped down to pursue other opportunities, the air mobility platform said Monday. Secore previously served as CFO of Matternet, an autonomous aviation technology company combining aircraft, software and operations. In after-hours trading on the NYSE, SRFM shares fell 2.26% to $1.1631, following a 7.21% gain at Monday's close.
