AI security startup Reco said Tuesday it raised $55 million, an extension of its $30 million Series B announced in February, as dozens of vendors crowd the market for securing enterprise AI agents. AT&T invested through its venture arm, alongside Forestay and Quadrille Capital. CEO Ofer Klein said the valuation has "more than doubled" since February, in the "high hundreds of millions," with annual recurring revenue in the "double-digit millions" and expected to triple this year. Total funding now stands at $140 million. Reco has repositioned from mapping SaaS and AI platforms to a context-graph platform linking agents to apps, people, accounts and permissions. Klein said one Fortune 100 customer had 21,000 unknown agents. The company cites more than 100 customers, about 40% in financial services, and integrations with over 280 apps. Proceeds will fund hiring, sales, partnerships and support.
